As a wedding coordinator, we step in during the final months leading up to your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. While full-service planners manage every detail from start to finish, our focus is on executing the plans you’ve already made.
You’ve spent years dreaming and planning your perfect day, but when it comes time to execute it, you deserve to relax and enjoy the moment without worrying about the details. Whether you need support in the last few weeks or someone to take charge of coordinating the big day, we're here to make sure everything goes as planned—from the little details to the big moments.
We don’t just show up on the day—we work closely with you, your vendors, and your wedding party, checking in regularly to ensure everyone is on track. Our full toolbox of resources and hands-on approach help you feel supported every step of the way.

We’re based in Sparta, WI, originally from Waukesha, WI, and serve all of Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota. We offer complimentary travel for a 2-hour round trip from our base, and for weddings or events outside this area, including destination weddings, we’re happy to travel and will work with you to accommodate your location and needs.

We recommend booking at least a year in advance to ensure we can provide full support throughout your entire planning process. However, we typically begin coordination meetings as early as 4 months before your wedding date. We understand that every couple has different timelines, so we’re happy to accommodate clients who are later into their planning as well!

We don't offer just a "day-of" package because we believe a successful wedding day requires more than just showing up. There are so many details to manage, and we make it a priority to get to know your plans intimately, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly. Our services are designed to support you throughout the entire process, and we offer competitive pricing for the full range of services we provide, so you can be confident you’re getting the best value.

We offer a range of coordination packages to fit your needs, including virtual support and on-site assistance. The key difference is that our Partial Planning and Full Day packages provide 8 to 10 hours of coordinator presence on-site to manage every detail of your wedding day. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package, plus tax, is due when you book with us. This deposit secures your coordinator's services for your event date. The remaining balance, plus tax, will be split into equal monthly installments, plus tax, leading up to your wedding date. If you book with less than 60 days until your event, a 100% non-refundable payment, plus tax, is required.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments for your convenience.
Clients who pay in cash for their entire package will receive a 10% discount.

Clients who are first responders—such as active military personnel, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians—will receive a 10% discount on the agreed-upon package, provided that notification of first responder status is made at the time of booking. Additionally, clients who book coordination services for event dates from Monday through Thursday will also be eligible for a 10% discount.
Please note that discounts cannot be combined and are only applicable to coordination packages.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially if your wedding is during peak seasons, to ensure we can accommodate your big day. If we are available, we’ll be happy to discuss how we can assist you in bringing your vision to life!

The next steps are simple! First, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss your wedding details and how we can assist you. After that, you’ll choose the package that best suits your needs. Once you’ve selected your package, we’ll secure your date with a retainer, and we’ll be ready to start working together to make your day perfect!

You’ll be the one making the decisions and planning your dream wedding, but we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. Our role is to support and help bring your vision to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From vendor coordination to timeline management, we handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the process.

We do not offer event setup and breakdown services, but we are on-site to oversee everything. We ensure that vendors and the wedding party are where they need to be and that everything runs according to plan, but the physical setup and breakdown are managed by the respective vendors.

On the wedding day, we manage the timeline, communicate with vendors, and oversee the setup so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Our goal is to handle the logistics behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Yes and no. Our main role is to oversee the event and make sure everyone responsible for different parts of the day is on track and that they have everything that they need. We recommend that clients hire professional, full-service vendors who can handle both the setup and breakdown on the wedding day. While we’re always involved, focusing solely on one task like decorating would prevent us from effectively managing everything and coordinating with all the vendors. That said, we’re happy to step in and take care of small tasks if needed.

On the day of the wedding, we make sure everything stays on schedule by managing the timing, communicating with vendors, and keeping the wedding party informed. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free day for you, your guests, and all involved!
